GEARLESS :The unique design of PRT eliminates the Gearbox which can be a source of maintenance and noise.

SELF LUBRICATION :Self lubrication system eliminates Oil Pumps and strainer.

SKID MOUNTED :The Turbine and Generator are coupled thru Flexible Disc Couplings and mounted on a common base frame, keeping the erection process very simple

LOW RPM :In order to maintain performance over a longer duration and to keep it vibration free, the PRT operates at a relatively low speed of 3000 RPM, reducing the maintenance expenses drastically.

PLC Control Panel :

• PRT is packaged with a PLC control system to prevent the Turbine operating in motoring mode during low steam condition.
• The PLC also maintains the turbine in a safe condition.
• It is very easy to set the Back Pressure required thru the panel.

• A Colour Touch Display Panel indicates Operating performance of the Turbine, Back Pressure setting, Grid Data and Turbine Power generation Data.

• The colour screen indicates the Power generated on Daily and Totalised basis.
• This is a very useful tool to Check Performance of the Turbine and Return on Investment.

 


Pressure Reducing Station (PRS) / Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV)







Easy Installation

• The PRT is very easy to install near to a Pressure Reducing Station.
• The best site for installation of a PRT is within the production area itself (Steam Consuming Area)
• Steam is diverted at the Pressure Reducing Station (PRS) inlet to the PRT and fed back into the low pressure line after the PRS.
